Dareen Abulrahim
Managing Partner
Dareen Abdulrahim is the Managing Partner of Dareen Abdulrahim & Associates. She is a California-qualified attorney and licensed Bahraini advocate admitted before all courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dareen’s educational background includes degrees in Business Finance (BSc) and Economics (BA) from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Southwestern University School of Law.
Dareen advises a wide range of clients — including corporates, financial institutions, and government-related entities — on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her areas of practice include transactional and regulatory advisory, litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for clients across sectors such as banking and finance (including Islamic finance), capital markets, insurance, telecommunications, construction, technology, real estate, healthcare, aviation, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, services, and retail.
Dareen has advised clients across nearly two decades of legal practice in Bahrain. Her deep knowledge of Bahraini law, combined with international legal training and commercial sensibility, allows her to deliver strategic, results-oriented advice. Mohamed Al Qameesh
Senior Advocate
Mohamed is a Senior Advocate at the Firm and a graduate of the University of Bahrain with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He been representing clients before all levels of Bahraini courts in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes for around a decade.
Mohamed advises both corporate and individual clients on contentious and non-contentious matters involving contract enforcement, company law, construction, and other commercial claims. His practice also includes advising on regulatory compliance, company formation, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and issuing legal opinions on complex issues under Bahrain Law. He is also experienced in arbitration proceedings and has represented clients in both institutional and ad hoc forums.
Mohamed is known for his precision, in-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain, sound and thorough legal judgment, and ability to deliver practical solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
Zain AlRashdan
Associate
Zain obtained her Bachelor of Law from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom, in 2021. She was further awarded a Postgraduate Diploma upon completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC), from the University of Law in 2022. She has gained valuable experience working at a top tier local law firm in their corporate practice as an associate, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, employment, transportation and corporate governance and has had extensive exposure to non-contentious matters concerning high-profile corporate and commercial transactions. Zain has also served as a main point of contact for several banking and financial institutions in Bahrain as well as regional offices for day to day advisory in various corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Zain’s proactive approach, coupled with her in-depth knowledge of the legislative framework governing the commercial, financial, data protection, transportation industries in Bahrain, has positioned her as a trusted advisor to clients, both locally and internationally.
Abdulmajeed Al Qasimi
Advocate
Abdulmajeed is a Bahraini advocate and graduate of the University of Bahrain with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He represents clients before the Bahraini courts across a range of matters, including civil, commercial, employment, and construction disputes.
Abdulmajeed is experienced in advising on litigation strategy, preparing court submissions, and managing procedural steps before the courts and government bodies. He also advises on commercial matters in a myriad of sectors from a Bahrain law perspective and has supported clients in navigating regulatory requirements of all government agencies in Bahrain.

Nayef Al Buqaishi

Nayef AlBuqaishi is a law graduate from Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he earned his degree in 2021. As a licensed lawyer in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Nayef independently handles commercial, civil, and criminal cases, ensuring thorough preparation and representation. He drafts comprehensive legal contracts across diverse sectors, including insurance, hospitality, supply agreements, as well as various commercial and civil contracts.
Nayef facilitates transactions with governmental and international agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulations, including the Central Bank of Bahrain guidelines. Naina Agnihotri

Naina holds a degree in Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.Com + LLB) from Punjab University with Master of Laws degree from Kurukshetra University in India.
